Our Care Managers walk alongside Altadena families through every step of their recovery journey. Many of our care managers are fire survivors themselves. Others are Altadena natives who remember Christmas Tree Lane and summers at Farnsworth Park.

 

Our team includes public health professionals, former attorneys, spiritual healers, retired military officers, and community organizers—united by one belief: no family should navigate this road alone.

They help families navigate insurance claims, housing, emergency relief, and legal processes. But their work goes deeper. They advocate when systems feel impossible, connect families to resources they didn't know existed, and show up as steady, caring presences who refuse to let anyone fall through the cracks.
